Thay vì phơi cá ngoài trời một cách mất vệ sinh, người dân tại miền nam Malawi (châu Phi) đã cải thiện được năng suất và giá trị cá khô nhờ vào giải pháp vô cùng đơn giản là phơi trong nhà kính bằng nhựa PE.
